Donna’s passion is to help the client. Having a background in customer relations, Donna provides her passion to our clients by assisting with customer service issues such as open enrollments, and the resolution of billing and claim problems.
She joined strategic benefits, inc. in 2001 as an Account Executive. She is licensed as a Life, Accident & Health agent in order to address your insurance questions.
Donna graduated from the University of South Carolina with an associate degree in Office Administration.
